Both. Esmond is based in Kuala Lumpur and shoots across the Klang Valley — in studio, at your office, at outdoor locations, or at venues of your choice. We regularly travel within Malaysia for the right project, and internationally for select clients. Travel costs outside Klang Valley are charged at cost.

Yes — all Photolab packages include a commercial usage licence covering digital use (website, social media, online ads). Extended licences for print advertising, billboard, or broadcast are available and quoted separately depending on usage scope and duration.

Raw files are not included by default — you receive professionally retouched, high-resolution JPEGs. If you need the originals, a raw file add-on (RM 200) is available. We recommend sticking with the edited finals; our retouching process is a key part of the quality Photolab is known for.

For product shoots: clean and ready-to-photograph products, packaging, and a mood board or reference images if you have them. For portraits: your outfits ironed and ready, a clear idea of the look you want. For events: a run-of-show schedule. Esmond will walk you through everything in a pre-shoot call — it's included with every booking.

Life happens. If an outdoor shoot is weather-dependent, we monitor forecasts and will reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may result in a partial forfeit of the deposit. We'll always try to find a solution that works for everyone.
